Cancellation Policy
You have a 10 minute grace period to make your appointment in which time will be deducted from your scheduled appointment. To ensure that I have enough time with and in between clients and the scheduled time for treatment. Cancellations should be made 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. After 10 minutes with no call no show the card on file will be charged 50% of service price. After the 2nd, 100% of the full price and after the third, you will be banned from booking online. If banned from online booking, future appointments will require half deposit which will count towards your overall total.
